If you are facing an amicable divorce or a divorce whereby you have already reached an official financial agreement, then this service may be of benefit to you.
Some people are sufficiently confident to apply for a divorce directly to a court. However, most people usually approach a solicitor. They believe this is the only option available, and very often unnecessarily pay thousands of pounds in legal fees as a result. They may also be coerced into disputing amicable or previously agreed divorce settlements as this can generate additional fees for the solicitor firm.
A Divorce Application Service, such as the one provided by us, achieves the exact same outcome for a fraction of the price. As a result, there is more money left for both divorcing parties.
We are impartial and do NOT have any involvement in contentious or disputed divorces. We act purely in a guidance capacity regarding application procedure so that a divorce can be obtained with minimum difficulty and expense.
It is rare for us to spend more than 8 hours on a case unless there are unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always inform clients if additional work is necessary and obtain their permission BEFORE we carry out any additional work.
