We received absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. We had our Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney drawn up and Micheal made the whole process very simple, clearly explaining what we needed to do every step of the way. The service recently received from Michael Cotterill at TRF Wills while helping to arrange a Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney on behalf of my house bound Brother in Law was outstanding. From my initial telephone enquiry through to completion of the requested legal documents, Michael provided a very professional and highly efficient service as good as any I have received from larger legal companies on previous occasions and better than most. Despite difficulties faced due to Covid restrictions, Michael has always managed to provide a prompt quality service. He also fully understood the difficulties faced by my Brother in Law due to his medical conditions and spent considerable time discussing matters with him over the telephone to ensure that all needs were covered and that all legal aspects and requirements were fully explained and understood. When considering the high level of service provided for the work carried out, prices charged by TRF Wills were very reasonable. I will not hesitate to return to Michael at TRF Wills for any future requirements relating to legal matters that he can help with and will also continue to recommend his services to friends and family as I have done so already.

All aspects of the service provided by TRF Wills are of the highest quality and extremely professional. Michael is exceedingly conscientious and takes customer service and support very seriously. He has organised both Wills and Power of Attorney for us and made a complicated process easy to follow and understand. The charge is so much lower then a Solicitor yet the niche expertise is, no doubt, higher.
